Prices are per 32mm infantry model, assembled and primed by me unless you send them ready. Vehicles, monsters and characters are quoted individually.

How a commission works
From sprue to cabinet
Consult
We talk through your army, the scheme, the tier and your deadline. You get a fixed quote, not an estimate.
Day 1Test model
I paint one model first and send you photos. Nothing else gets painted until you've approved the scheme.
Week 1Assembly & priming
Mould lines removed, gaps filled, magnetised weapons if you ask. Primed by airbrush for an even finish.
Week 1–2Painting
Batch-painted by squad so the whole army matches. Work-in-progress photos every week.
Week 2–8Basing & varnish
Bases finished to the agreed theme, then two coats of varnish so the paint survives real games.
Final weekPacked & shipped
Every model in its own foam slot, tracked and insured. Pay the balance once you've seen the final photos.

One desk, one brush, your army
I started painting with a Dark Vengeance box in 2017 and never stopped. Today I paint full-time from a small studio, one commission at a time.
Every model you see here was painted by me; nothing is outsourced. I keep my queue short so I can give each army the attention it needs, and I'll always tell you honestly if your deadline isn't realistic.
