Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data this studio collects when you visit the site or request a commission, why, and how long it is kept.

What I collect

• When you request a quote: your name, email address, the details of your commission and any reference photos you upload.
• When you place an order: your shipping address and payment details, as far as needed to deliver and invoice.

The site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising networks. Visitor statistics, if any, are collected anonymously and without cookies.

Why

Your data is used only to answer your request, to carry out the commission and to meet tax and bookkeeping obligations. It is never sold or shared for marketing.

How long

Requests that do not lead to a commission are deleted after twelve months at the latest. Invoices are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Send your request to the email address in the legal notice; you will get an answer within a month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
